Our water taxis and smaller charter boats have a capacity of six people, as per Coast Guard regulations. For larger groups, the Casco Bay Cat and Joseph S. Kennedy can accommodate up to 49 passengers.

While we don't have dedicated parking, we do allow temporary access to our wharf for unloading purposes.

Yes, we appreciate any tips for our captains. A standard gratuity is around 20%.

For groups exceeding six, you'll need to book multiple taxis. Alternatively, we also provide the Casco Bay Cat and the UB-85, both seating up to 49 guests.

We do not offer boat rentals, although we do offer custom private charters.

Our captains are highly skilled, with each holding a US Coast Guard Captains license. Our crew members are well-trained and prioritize safety.

We run four public boat tours on Casco Bay throughout the summer: a Sunset Boat Tour, a Beer, Wine & Oysters Boat Tour, a Wednesday Night Live Music Boat Tour, and a Midday on the Bay Boat Tour. Most of our public boat tours run about 90 minutes, including the Sunset, Beer Wine & Oysters, and Midday on the Bay tours. The Wednesday Night Live Music tour runs a little longer, at about 2 hours.

Yes, our public boat tours are ticketed in advance through our online booking pages. Ticket sales are non-refundable unless the cruise is canceled, in which case tickets are fully refunded.
